Bryce went to college in St. Charles Missouri on a scholarship for shotgun shooting. He studied Business Management and competed on the college’s shotgun shooting team to earn their 15th consecutive 1st place trophy. Bryce then moved home from college and quickly fell in love with the recruiting industry
