In this business, you are the critical success factor. Use your dynamic organization and communication skills to work closely with new and existing clients and to locate, screen and qualify exceptional candidates for those client companies. Daily, you will network with top healthcare and life sciences professionals across the country and provide them with opportunities to enhance their organizations or their own careers. You will be working in an office environment with a very strong team of people constantly willing to share and help each other. With a dynamic group of people around you and much support from MRN, you will be responsible to manage your day-to-day activities to achieve the results required.
The telephone and computer will become your best friends. Everyday you will travel the country, by phone from your desk and uncover critical information that you will continuously input and code into our sophisticated local database, to maintain and grow the critical information you will need at your fingertips to be successful. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing multiple projects and your keen communication skills will be exercised as you network with individuals throughout all levels of healthcare and life sciences organizations.
Our casual, open environment is as fun as it is fast-paced. We enjoy what we do and we enjoy each other. For the right team members, we offer a base salary with commissions, plus benefits. This is an inside, office-based position with virtually no travel required.
